Tasty breakfasts. Nice territory. Well trained staff. Great pool. Perfect large bed. Probably best hotel to spend vacation with children.

Lovely staff and good location. Shuttle to the beach. Beach towels provided in the lobby every day. Big and spacious rooms and very comfy bed! Quiet and nice!

Housekeeping was exceptional, they cleaned our room daily and even mopped the floors - great for our baby who was crawling around. The baby cot provided was a proper wooden one (very clean compared to the travel cots we were given at other hotels). Nice pools, food at restaurant was tasty but quite expensive.

Lovely modern rooms. Extremely clean. Lovely pool. Very reasonable food and beverages in the hotel restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff. Shuttle to beach.

stayed 7 nights best part of Phuket hands down. Lovely hotel staff are absolutely amazing literally bend over backwards for you. Breakfast is 10/10 from me. holy basil pizza is a game changer really nice. the only thing is the hotel isn’t 100% finished so didn’t get the finished product but that didn’t impact our stay at all would love to come back when it’s finished it will be stunning. couldn’t fault it!

Definitely worth spending a little more to get the pool access room, to ensure a 5 star experience. Makes all the difference. The rooms are large, clean, spacious and bright with nice 'spa' style toiletries. Good powerful shower and great a/c. The staff are very professional and helpful. The lobby is beautiful with a superb water feature and fresh flowers. The pool wraps and winds around/ within the hotel, which is unique. You can literally swim from your room and to the swim up bar and back again. Pool service was also very efficient and friendly. The cocktails were great and the happy hour had a super 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer on each day. There's a lovely bar a few hundred meters away with live music each night. We hired a moped bike to explore further afield, as the hotel is a bit of a walk to the beach/ external restaurants. This is definitely worth doing as there are some lovely beaches around - esp Kata, Rawai and Yanui which are all relatively quiet, traditional, scenic and unspoilt.

Perfect location for a slightly less hectic Phuket trip. Nai Harn is lovely and the Wyndham Grand is a great resort. Staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely exceptional, very kind and anticipating our every need, no matter how small. This is what really stood out to me, the fantastic service.
